Our consultancy services offer expert analysis and assessment of both entrenched and new frictions within institutions and organizations stemming from divides with special emphasis upon race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic status, and disability.  Our team of consultants is composed of leading social science and legal scholars as well as practitioners of varied backgrounds and experiences that help inform their external assessments, providing rich and unmatchable analysis and assessment.

The terms and depth of consultation is tailored to each client, but generally consultancy is a multi-month process involving a period of independent research and assessment, at least one initial site visit, workshop and/or strategy sessions, and, upon request, authorship of a white paper.

Our facilitation services are ideal for organizations, businesses, universities, and non-profits that have identified key stakeholders currently in need of help guiding higher-level conversations about race and gender equity and/or plural conceptions of diversity more broadly.  Our experienced team of facilitators use a wide-array of proven techniques and exercises to help bridge entrenched divides and bring together stakeholders, preparing them for future and ongoing work by helping frame concerns, interests, and organizational and institutional histories with a forward-looking aims.

Length and depth of facilitation services tends to vary according to the client’s identified needs and can be tailored as necessary after initial contact.  Generally, our facilitation services can be contracted for single and multiple sessions in packages of 1 day, 2 days, or 3 days.
