Dora Lúcia De Lima Bertúlio
Dr. Dora Bertúlio is an attorney, currently the General Counsel for the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). In this capacity and as an academician, she has participated in several Race-Discrimination and Affirmative Action workshops in Brazil and worldwide. She has written extensively on Affirmative Action and governmental roles, especially the judiciary. Dr. Dora Bertúlio is one of the key actors in the process of institutionalization and implementation of quota-based Affirmative Action in public Brazilian Universities. She holds an SJD degree from Harvard and the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC).
