Kimberle Crenshaw responds to Bush’s objection to the University of Michigan’s Affirmative Action Program
President Bush announced yesterday that his administration would side against the University of Michigan and its affirmative action program in a case currently before the Supreme Court. Tavis Smiley talks about it with Abigail Thernstrom, a member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, and Kimberle Williams Crenshaw, professor of law at UCLA and Columbia University. (1/16/03)
